Are you CZ-USA?

No. czgun.com is an independent retailer specialising in CZ firearms. We are not affiliated with Česká zbrojovka or CZ-USA.

How does buying online work?

You order and pay here. We ship to a licensed dealer (FFL) you choose. You complete Form 4473 and the background check at that dealer, then take the firearm home.

Do I need my own licence?

No — you need a dealer willing to receive the transfer. Most gun shops do this for $20–$50.

How do I pay?

Credit or debit card on our secure payment page. The total is recalculated on our server from live prices before you pay.

Can you ship to my state?

Where the model is legal, yes. Feature and magazine rules block some CZ models in CA, MA, NY and NJ. If yours is restricted, we cancel and refund instead of shipping.

Is the stock real?

Listings come from live distributor inventory. It can still sell out between your order and dispatch; if that happens we tell you and refund.

What if the background check is denied?

The dealer cannot release the firearm. It returns to us and we refund the purchase price, less shipping already spent.

Can I return it?

Within 14 days if unfired and in the original packaging, subject to transfer rules. Email us first — firearms travel dealer to dealer.

Do you sell magazines and parts?

Yes, where we can source them, and they ship directly to you when your state allows it.
